After receiving a confirmation of your payment, you will receive a calendar of available dates and times so you can choose a date and time for your session.  You will receive a confirmation of date and time of your session within 24 hours.

Your session is recorded for you to keep.  You will receive the recorded session within 2 hours after the session is complete.  If you want to keep the recorded session, you must download it within 10 days.
